Substandard accommodations

We were billed $114 to get a space which was uninhabitable. We remained within the space to get a handful of hours, employed a club of soap, a towel, along with a trash-can before we shifted next door to a different resort. We were informed from the desk worker and consequently the supervisor that people could be released a credit for half the price of the room, but after providing us the run around for 4 times (i.E., not returning calls as guaranteed), the supervisor stated he'd cost us for that total quantity of the room, was excessively rude, and hung-up on me. The facts of the resort: picture cut and ripping off the surfaces within the hallways, room numbers recorded about the gates with scotch tape and falling-off which makes it difficult to find the room, powerful mold smell within the room, almost no hangers within the wardrobe (and we were informed the hotel couldn't supply more), so when we attempted to contact along for more toilet paper since there is almost no about the move, we discovered that the telephone was damaged. Should you remain in Tomball, Tx, it is best to remain in the Comfort Hotel next door. We're happy withit.
