Rude, illegally broke into home, refusal to work with customers

Vanderbilt mortgage refused to make payment arrangements with me due to my going through a financial hardship because of medical reasons. The intrests on my always being late and their refusal to work with me caused them to forclose without notification until i received an eviction notice which led to me paying the loan in full. They neglected to tell me that their were attorneys close to me whom i could have talked to or made a payment to. They told me i had 3 days to vacate if i did not give payment in full. On the day that i received my eviction representatives from vanderbilt broke into my home where my 16 year old and my 9 year old were asleep. They broke the knob lock and the deadbolt and the threshhold. When i asked them about it, they denied sending someone to our home. The neighbors saw them breaking my door. They told me that the owned the mobile home and the property free and clear but according to my tax office they have not paid the taxes on the home or the property as they are all in one. I am waiting to see what the new deed will look like.
