Wachovia Bank adds fraudulent service changes to accounts, They also hired an admitted car thief to "Repo" my car. He moved another car to get to mine and damaged the car he moved. I wasn't behind on my payments.
They repo'd my car for NO reason, then sold it at an auction without notifying me in any way. Now they're charging me for the balance over the amount the car went for at the auction.
Except I was completely current on my payments, insurance, etc. This was out of the blue as if they have me mistaken for someone else.
Now they want me to pay the difference of $7000 for a car I don't have, can't get back, and wasn't behind on payment wise.
So basically they ripped me off for my down payment, and now want the equivilant of another down payment to "settle" my debt, for a car I don't have (but have $16,000 into) and wasn't behind on.
They are giving til Monday to decide if I will give them the $7000 or they will ruin my credit, with a negative report. I was 24 hours late - one time 7 months ago.
They're stealing my $16,000 and blackmailing me for $7000 more. If I don't pay it, they'll ruin my credit.
I'm filing a lawsuit. These criminals have to be stopped. There are 719 complaints against Wachovia as I write this. Do you think there's something WRONG?!! Slightly?
This isn't an accident - this is intentional. Wachovia is blatantly stealing down payment money and embezzling more after repossessing a car they had no right to take.
People beware!!! These actions are standard procedure at Wachovia or becoming that way quickly. This is because they get away with it!
719 people with a story to tell about the quality service at Wachovia Bank. The upstanding financial institution you can trust to be honest and fair. To hell with the hard working guy who is just trying to get a little bit nicer car for his family. Bend him over, rip him off and ruin his credit.
Isn't it great to live in a country where these guys can get away with this? No one has stopped them yet? 719 satisfied customers, delighted they did business with Wachovia. Much worse for the experience than if they were driving their old beat to death car and never set foot in a Wachovia Bank.
At least their credit wouldn't be damaged and they'd still have the down payment.
I wonder if Wachovia gives bonuses for successfully ripping off their clients? A promotion maybe? It's obviously company policy, every branch in the country has complaints.
Be carefull..
