My mortgage co sold our loan to emc. Due to the fact that my husband is in the military we fell behind 2 payments. I spoke with emc and they said they would arrange payment plan. I tried repeatedly to reach them after that and couldn't.
I had no where to send my payments! I am trying to sell my home now before they forclose and they refuse to give me or my attorny my payoff imformation. How can a company be allowed to do this. And by the looks of this site, they do it repeatedly. They need to be stopped.
