GRF took 520 out of my account when my payment for payoff was only 260 they made my other bills bounce and would not pay the fees. Christine at Ext 2223 of 1 800 351 8820 wasnt friendly to me and Persphone of Ext 2225 tried to help but christine, shelley. Where no help today christine laughing told me they would not pay me the money that I had to pay the others for NSF because it was not their fault. The only way I got a fax to them was to stay on the line as I had the bank to fax them and ask them had they received it well we end up faxing the info 5 times and I hope some one can help me sue them I lost money running to the bank 5 times and the NSF funds and the phone calls on my cell are not free. Help me someone dont let them get away with this I am game for a class act against the Geneva Roth Funding people I have proof and The bank will back me up and I have contracts with the people about the NSF if their check is not honored HELP ME PLEASE!!! Well they say all their calls are recorded so that is another source of proof.
