Did not perform as promised, fake address and fake wire transfe

We went down the road for 6 months with these guys last year. We had every excuse and delay in the book until finally we got a notice that he no longer intends to fund us. I even have fake wire transfer sheets. The man knows his lingo and the processes, but certainly does not perform. Most of my partners chalk it up to his inexperience that he could not perform in this market.
