Fairbanks Capital Mortgage ripoff Did not post my payments until they reached a late date and reported to the credit buarus

Fair banks Capital has really put me in a bind. I told them that I was refinancing and they held on to my checks that I was sending every month for 90 days then put my house in pre-foreclosure now refuse to cash all the checks at once. They have tried to tell me I had to file bankruptcy and the bank would take over my home. I am a mother of 4 and have a handicapped husband, so therefore I am the provider for the family and my checks are not very much. I am so upset with this company and no other company will refinance me with a 90 days late on my credit report
