They charged my account $72.79 without a warning or email. I was told $1.97 is all the cost Utah, United Kingdom

I was charged $1.97 like 6 days ago and now my account was yanked $72.79 from this company and received no email that There would be any additional charges! I have never received anything either so why would this company take my money!!! I have no money now to give my daughter this week for daycare!!! Incosiderate company!!! I want my money back very badly and they wont give it back to me!!!
