Unprofessional Company that does not value it's customers

I have made several attempts to have our company's remaining contract (less than 18 mos) due to the current economic conditions. Was told this was impossible, but they would remarket the equipment if I provided a payment (had to hold payments back in order to get someone to return my calls—never should have to take that step!), all I had to do was fill out a form and send pictures of the equipment. Did this in April and released a payment. Never heard from them since.

Today, I asked for Senior Vice President John Donohue's contact information. During this request, I was routed over to accts. Receivables then on to the Collections Manager, Ryan.incredibly rude and unprofessional. On the attack, and not one bit interested in listening or assisting a customer with resolution. Went so far to say that he "will pick up the equipment then sue me!" That's great customer service and value. Unbelievable!

Have sent Mr. Donohue an email with the details and requested that my company now be released from the contract, since it is very obvious that Direct Capital does not value its customers.
