They've NO IDEA what they're performing as it pertains to processing an amendment. My partner and that I submitted our fees in Feb. Which is today May and we've yet to receive our return. They've our return tangled up using the government SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY'RE DOING AS IT PERTAINS TO CHANGES! I've attempted numerous occasions to get hold of them about that problem, I've quit communications and not seen back from their website. We obtained a notice in the government seeking more information so that they might repair the problem that Freedom Duty had produced. I named Freedom on May 6 and required this data. I had been informed the documents could be shipped that evening. It will took just 1-2 times covers for that paper-work to arrrive therefore, I named on May 11th to discover when the paper-work was shipped and that I got a saving stating the # continues to be disconnected. It's been 2 wks. But still no data from Freedom. Like i stated before freedom tax service in clendenin west virginia 15 main st. Telephone # 304-548-5820 doesn't have idea what they're doing, they'll let you know what you need to do... You are doing it... When things fail they say they're doing everything they are able to to assist you (whichever) while actually their not... The one thing they worry about gets paid once they get theirs they might careless concerning the buyer!!!
