Parts scam

Boy crashed vehicle into guardrail after skidding on damp sidewalk. We were aged it'd be over 10k to fix., therefore totalling the vehicle (purchased for 12,000 plus tax). Pemco promises Freedom Bay delivered paperwork declaring it'd just be $8500 to repair the 2007 Nissan Versa. They informed us our vehicle was worth over 14K and so must be fixed not totaled.

We mentioned do not do the repair! In two individual telephone calls to Pemco along with a voice-mail to Brian Badgely We neither closed or talked what to correct our vehicle; we did accept a $100."appraisal charge". After returning and forth, and because we purchased the car overall and also have the name, we chose to consider the check and never restore the vehicle. Named the repair guy and we were provided a sum for this. But now Freedom Bay won't provide us the vehicle.

Evidently Freedom Bay requested the components. Today the vehicle continues to be at Freedom Bay since Dec. 9th and today they're stating we owe them $3000.00 for that components. Exactly what the...

They set us off every day and therefore are getting storage fees - over $200 to date for "storage fees". Freedom Bay promises PEMCO okay'd them purchasing components. Excellent have Pemco pay you. Pemco statements we stated yes; when actually we talked with Don the claims insureris whose chef is known as Jesse Badgeley-Car Claims - nevertheless unsure of spelling once we haven't been delivered one-sheet of our state.

Mark Badgeley was rude and we informed him we didn't need this mounted and we'd be saving the vehicle. Today he's the audacity to LAY and state we did okay it? This really is our first state with Pemco in 13 years of creating promptly funds for them. Their customer support sucks. They're excellent so long as you never enter a collision and require your vehicle mounted.

Pemco can also be getting to get a vehicle that's no further being used. We're changing car insurance a.S.A.P.

Yes, we've an attorney. Did I note we purchased this vehicle employed at Freedom Bay only a year-ago and till this occurred we were thinking about purchasing a different one for the boy to try college?

Took our additional vehicles previously two decades to Freedom Bay. John Holloway and Mark Krafsky would be the two we're having issues with at Liberty Bay. They declare Nissan wont consider the components back and we've to cover them-and consider them... Where... House, I suppose?

If you are using the services of Pemco or Freedom Bay best of luck; when you havenot save your self the problem.

Dana
