This is the letter I received right before my first assignment was given.
About 3 days later I got instructions to receive a check in the amount of $2840.00 send them 95% and I keep 5% by Western Union to Russia!!! Well, I thought this was just too crazy because I haven't actually done any work. My understanding was that I would be making travel arrangements for this company.
So, I researched a number of times an could not find anything fraud about this company. Until someone told me about the complaint. And, there it was after searching for any reports on Star Travel. The initial letter I received offering me work from home as a Travel Coordinator was reported in the exact same manner as sent to me. I am very angry because I need money badly and this corrupted individual was sent to me by the DEVIL!!! I'm glad I didn't walk into the bank with the check. I actually call the bank and verified that it was infact a active account the check was drawn on and drove to the bank. While sitting there in the parking lot I thought about the aftermath and its just not worth it!!! People get locked up for this foolishness. Then the crooks may not be found and get away with this money laundering scheme. Because more than likely all the information shared is false...
After telling this guy that I knew something wasn't right, he offered me half of the check!!! Wow!!!
I thought about it long and hard because I really need some money but after careful consideration I decided not to do such a thing. Please be careful when choosing work at home. I realize now that if it sounds too good to be true, then its not true...
You stand to lose far more than these crooks your house, job, and credibility... What is this world coming to?
