FDCPA violations, made threats to third parties and committed 3rd party disclosure, refuse to send documentation backing their claims

This company called my brother at his work and said they were trying to serve me with papers and needed my address. Claimed they filed a suit against me. When I called back to make a complaint, they refuse to let me speak with someone in charge, lied about who they were, refused to send me any documentation, and made degrading coments about me. They claim their company name is ISH, which is located at same address and suite as ACM Group. Their is no record of this company with ACA and are not licensed to practice collections in the state of Oregon (where I live).
