INFO US 411 claims to offered a service when they did not. They called and asked if we wanted to cancel our subscription. They proceeded to record my conversation on 4/15, indicating I did want to cancel any services even though no actual services were provided.
I asked INFO US 411 to send any documentation where I had signed up (verbally or in writing) for the service as they said I did on October 1. They have provided no documentation.
They then sent an invoice for $499.00 which I ignored. They have sent additonal invoices (with added late fees) by FAX.
