Kenneth A. Schneider is a con-artist that tells consumers he can perform equipment financing.
The con starts with a $7,500 application fee which is to be never seen again as Kenneth Schneider provides little or no explanation as to what he is doing exactly. The $7,500 is for the production of a letter of Intent (LOI). The LOI is the bait. Kenneth Schneider provides the commitment letter quickly and tells his mark that in order to expedite, they must pay 1 point up-front.
Once the 1 point fee is paid up-front, Kenneth Schneider books travel to do a walk-through of the plant for purposes of verifying equipment exists. The walk-through lasts under 10 minutes and he leaves with assurance that he will act quickly with funding. All this takes place on mark's dime as well.
The process drags on. There are constant delays. The mark becomes restless and calls Kenneth Schneider and it is never his fault. His investors and lawyers are preparing everything. Classic! Finally, Kenneth Schneider never answers his phone. Therefore, mark calls up to find out progress and Kenneth Schneider gives an excuse that his attorney's listen to a joint voice-mail and they are now freaked out by all the messages.
This gives Kenneth Schneider more time and says he does not wish to scam anyone. He will refund the money per the commitment. Kenneth Schneider never calls during business hours as he is on site visits. He calls at 5:30am to get voicemail. Finally, Schneider send s letter claiming he has done everything he can and is cease/desist from looking for financing. Kenneth Schneider takes the $7,500 and gives back the 1 point up-front fee.
Kenneth Schneider is a joke and talks a good game of being able to perform. He has no intentions on performing and is a thief. The authorities are being called on Mr. Schneider and will be dealt with as the animal he really is.
