I had a mortgage a couple of years ago with Fairbanks.
I paid them, but they "said" they didn't recieve the payment until after the 15, which they said incurred some late payments. They didn't let me know about this. They put the money in an escrow account.
The next month I paid and they help the payment in an escrow account without me knowing it because the previous payment had not been posted to my account because I didn't pay the late charges-which again I didn't know about.
The next month I paid and they didn't accept payment, saying I was over due three months and they were forecloseing on me.
They had my money, but didn't post it or accept the payments.
