While their rates are attractive; their service is very sub-par. As a client I never received statements unless I requested them. They settled one debt for less than 3% which is ridiculous. And in the end, they gave me a "check is in the mail" story that was a lie. The postmark on the check's envelope was three weeks after I was told it was sent.
