Our papers said we had an adjustable rate but it wouldn't go past nine hundred. Then our payments were 1,000. We tried to talk to them but no one wanted to talk to us. The people we did talk to didn't speak english and wouldnt transfor to someone who did. They took our house in nov. Leaving my husband, 5 year old son, and i with our animals with no place to go. The house is just sitting there now. They tried to sell it at 169,000 but now its at 59,900. The refused to work with us all they wanted was the house. They were the rudest heartless people i have ever speaking with. They kept telling it wasnt their problem and that they wanted the house. What kind of mortage company does that? They shouldnt even be in business. All we want is our house back.
