My Grandmother had been living alone at the age of 80 and she managed her finances, these people called my grand-mother (who loves to shop:-) Gave them all her information. We noticed she all her checks had been bouncing, and we knew she didnt spend that much.in August My 80 Year old Grandmother was diagnosed With Ovarian Cancer. Being too weak to take care of herself she moved in with her daughter (my mom) one day her bank statement came in and so did a "CCS" recipt, So first i looked at the "ccs" recipt and i saw Auto Payment -99-99-99, in one month! I checked my grandmother's statment and right there was the thre hundred dollar withdrawls from this "company" so we thought nothing of it, just thinking it was a credit card she applied for, we called there "800 number" numerous times (which as looking thru the reports i see we all have diffrent phone numbers and adresses) and each time we called we got a message saying "all our representatives are busy with other customers" Thats bull cause i called at 1 am and got the same message. Being a little suspicous we decided to look onto google about this so called CCS, and we found this website (THANK GOD 4 U) Findinng this out we went to my grandmother's bank and told one of the employees, she was only able to get the last $99.00 withdrawl. We changed my grandmother's account. The lady at the bank looked up my grandmothers account history, Since 2000 These people have gotten $3,000 dollars from my grand ma. And she will never see this money, immagine what she coulda done with that 150 a month?!?! These people are heartless @#$#'s and should burn in hell. Please people who have recived a pre-approved letter from these people DO NOT fall for it, rip it up RIGHT AWAY! Even if u dont use the card they withdraw 100 a month (my grandmother has never even seen this "first national credit card" i hope this has hellped someone from calling in to the crutches of CCS. Taking advantage of an 80 year old with cancer and 6 grandchildren is just disgusting! Josephine Blauvelt, New York
