Ripoff swindlers

They sent us a card and we call to question about the activation and they activated the without consent and now they are tring to take 199.99 out of my account. I didn't even authorize them too and i want them to stop trying to acquire this fee from my account and leave me alone. Antonio clarksville, Tennessee
