I called the number for cash200.com which is 1-714-839-1300 its an automated system so after listening to the menu and choosing option 2 its says that we were told in 3 different locations about the app. Fees..
The only thing I can say is don't use a payday loan that even mentions the fact that they charge a fee. I got about 6 payday loans in the past 4 years and never had a app. Fee for them. My mistake was letting someone else search for me while I was working
