I too have had nothing but trouble with this company. They say they are willing to help, but it took 6 months to get the reply that they couldn't help. "We didn't meet their criteria." Every time I try to log onto the site to make a payment, there is some kind of "error code" which creates more frustration and adds to the payment delay. When I try to talk with someone on the phone, I have to put in the loan information, then a person asks to verify the information which is passed onto someone else who again verifies the information.
At least ten minutes are wasted just trying to get to the issue. Provided the person you are talking to can understand and speak English. Wait for that experience! Fannie Mae says that PHH is supposed to be making changes, I do not see it happening. Is that why the guy shot himself? 750 Billion dollars went to these companies, who have they helped??? The Government should have just handed over a Million dollars to each of us and we would have solved the problems ourselves, at a greatly reduced expense to the Government.
