I purchased a walmart cash card in the nearby Walmart in Yuma at 7:30 AM which is nevertheless not activasted however. I did so anything they explained to complete. I understand there's a discrepency in my own title and so I delivered a fax towards the phone number they offered me one hour before also it still is'nt triggered yet.
