I submitted a loan to Arlington Richfield on June for 2,500, 000. They sent out a letter of interest and my client agreed to the terms and paid a 25,000 fee for services provided by Arlington Richfield, such as due diligence, third party reports and studies. At first communication from Arlington Richfield was fantastic. After months of them saying they were still seeking funding and they would get back to me, communication stopped.
At that time I told my client to find legal representation.in January I got a call from Arlington Richfield stating they had a new investor that might be interested in the project but we would need to increase our loan amount to 10 million which we did and submitted. My client nor myself have heard a thing since. I would not recommend that anyone do business with this company because it is abvious that they will take your money and will not fund your deal.
