My experience with this company is identical to the one above. For the first year I had great difficulty reaching a real person. It was only with persistence and repeated call backs that I was ever able to talk with anyone. I received one apology after another stating my file had fallen through the cracks. Whenever I called, there was always an entirely new staff. I wrote a letter to the president and never heard back from her. Who runs their business that way? I sure don't.
At the end of the year I was told that I qualified for a second year free. So far this year is the same as last. READ THE SMALL PRINT because after the first year a refund is not possible because they determine that they have fulfilled their contractual obligations.
I was referred to this company by a friend who owns a large business and physically visited Small Business Funding in Henderson. But he received the same treatment as myself. When I first signed on, I referred this company to my brother and two other companies. All have had the same result. Too bad someone hasn't picked this up for a class action lawsuit. It would be perfect. I also think this company needs to be shut down.
Save your money and stay away. This is not the company for any of us.
