I was contacted in early December. A man named Sam Denson told me about a great offer for a credit card and a membership package of "great deals!" I gave him my account information and he told me I'd get my package within four weeks. I never did.
I called back one month later. I was told I would get my package in the next two weeks. I never did. I called back. I asked for a refund. They said I would get one within the next ten days. I didn't. Now, I call the 866-411-4466 number and there is no answer.
I have contacted my bank about this, but I was told that if it has been longer than 60 days I am out of luck. So, I am 19 and a poor college student trying to build credit and I am out $221.95 that could have paid rent next month! I am so angry at this company. I am going to contact my local police department and see if there is any legal action I can take.
