Need Escalation - Portfolio Advisary Service

Fidelity had a system glitch that they have admitted to on August 29th that affected my PAS account being partially moved to a money market account. Due to this I have lost quite a bit of money. I was asked to escalate this problem by Bob Caron to Covington KY. I Fed Ex'd the information the first of December and to date still do not have a resolution. I have also been told that I can not listen to the video recording of the original conversation which clearly states I wanted it moved to a no risk money market account.
