CitiFinancial calls many times during the same day and it is different phone numbers when you go to call back. Some of the time the phone number does not work. These numbers are not the one listed on the monthly statement for customer service. That is another issue. When you call after you give your account number you still have to go through the third degree. One you give the number they should have all the information and not have to question you over and over. Why would I be calling if it wasn't my account? The account is not even 2 weeks past due.
