In early December I was contacted by a representative from Global Financial regarding an interest free credit card.
A month after $221.95 was taken out of my account, I contacted someone at the number that was given to me and inquired about the status of my credit card. I was told it had been mailed out.
From that date until today I've called at least 20 times. If I'm lucky enough to have someone answer the phone, all I get is a "run-a-round" such as: it's in the mail, it was mailed out (but they never give me a date), or when I finally asked for a refund, I was told forms would be mailed to me so that I could request a refund.
I can't stand the thought of being ripped off! Not only do I feel like a fool for allowing someone to scam me like this, but they also have my banking information.
What can we do?
