Everytime you turn around they are adding outrageous fees to your checking account and when I went in last week to cancel, 2 individuals told me no I could not cancel my checking account. I opened an account with NCB and since I'm a new account, they held my paycheck for one week. I was not aware of this and they never told me this when I opened an account. I have been working with the same company for 6 1/2 years.
