I was given fraizer funeral homes lawyer nathaniel sims to retrieve funds left from my grandmother in law"s death to use by mrs. Rose mary a secretary who worked there at the time. Mrs rosemary now work with cedar hill funeral home because she said she"s suing fraizer for her back pay, anyway mr. Sims has reassured me over the yrs. That everything was going ok. Until i thought it was taking to long and calling him often on my case., after a while he start saying things like don't sell your self short wouldn"t you like access to her insurane and bank accounts? To you don"t have legal help to get your money and there is nothing you can do about i it.
I feel mr. Sims got the money and now he"s definately avoiding me, my last phone call to him was 4/4/09 he is still saying the same thing. I askeke him to return her papers to me if he wasn"t going to help and you"d think after all this time he would know better than to say "i was just looking at your papers the yesterday. Enough is enough.
