Returned materials for refund, employee signed for, no refund given

The company advertised a Guaranteed refund of monies paid upon return of supplies.

I ordered supplies, hoping to start a home business. I returned the supplies when it became evident that no finished goods would be accepted by this company.

The company received and signed for the return of the supplies, but has not refunded my money.
