Absolute scam. I checked my bank balance this morning to find a $72.21 charge. After scouring through my bills to make sure it wasn't something I incurred, I filed a fraudulent claim with my bank. I googled the info I had and came up with nothing. I then went to my mail box to see a disc from "Google Treasure Chest." I looked at the package and right away saw the "Sandy UT" address I saw online in my checking account.
KNOWING I was led to believe all I was to pay for was a shipping charge, I jumped back online and like the rest of you, my email to [email protected] was bounced back. I went to their web site http://www.googletreasurechest.com and got nowhere. You have to "sign in" to get ANY information - the last thing I want to do is "create a member account" only to get yet ANOTHER bogus charge.
I now have to wait until Monday to get a customer service rep on the phone. Meanwhile, this freaking charge has put my balance in the negative. I've been out of work for 9 months - this has been an absolute nightmare.
They are sharks and should be punished to full extent of the law. How heartless can you be???
