First National Card, CCA
No means of refund, only credit added to your card from your checking account

Wife had recieved a credit card packet in the mail, Called First National Card or CCA as some of you might see it. She thought it was a great offer, $8500.00 credit line right off as soon as its activated. The offer was that the card was for membership purposes and that it was soley made for online shopping, for a fee of $90 some dollers a month (for the rest of your life I would guess).

I saw that deduction on our checking account on the 4th of april for $199.99, and it was understood that the money they deducted was to be put on as credit to the card as an incentive to start spending. It was to late to call and ask the company to give a refund, since they already deducted the amount from the checking account it was a sealed deal.

But in thier moment of compassion, they said they would close the account as soon as we spent the credited amount they put on there from the deduction from our checking. The only problem was that every singe site I went to to use the card, rejected at every corner. All because every site you go to has pre-set credit cards to choose from to purchase with, Absolutley no sites could use this card. The places you could call for help with using a non listed card for purchases over the phone, wouldnt take the card still.

I have supposedly $199.99 dollers which was deducted from our checking account, now in a credit card that isn't accepted any where. What can be done now?
