I submitted an refund form for $10.00 and authorized.

However when the rebate check arrived, it came with partner split, which allegedly to retain the refund.

I just got the address.

I understand this criticism ought to be recorded against USPS.

But I'm confirming their idiotic POST-CARD STYLE.

"REFUND SURROUNDED". About the email address!

Also on the tackle it's stated something similar to 'REFUND RUNNING'

They're simply requesting thieves to grab it.
