This person has a history of hiring people and then pressuring them to quit by skipping pay days and then saying you forfiet your commissions if you resign or are terminated. She tries to create controversy to justify not paying you. They advertise in house processing, that comes in 4 hours a day, and then complains that deals are slow closing. There is no adminstative staff, and your day will spent avoiding conversation traps. I was hired to manage the branch and promised a salary plus an overide on all the loan officers. She on more than one occasion left the office on pay day with out paying me and finally missed payng me altogethe twice. She then reduced my pay without prior notice and would never confirm if I would be recieving a patcheck at all prior to payday. The last 2 Pay checks were 30 to 60 % short with no advance warning.
