Looked at advertisment for a double wide and 10 acres - call the number and made offer only to find out that the Agent - was not an agent but someone acting as a deal facilatator. Got offer form to find out that the property advertized had a Problem - less amount of property, partial sold off in tax sale, title problems and a general mess.
Still wanted to buy property and was told not to call - they are too busy and have over 2000 repos to deal with.
Sentin credit application and received an approval and made deal - only to find out that they decided not to finance it (10.75%) offered cash and told this deal is not important - I am on the back burner.
Found building code violations, sub-divison control act violations, state (un-licensed realator) violations, Environmental issues - old tires, car batteries and un-known substances.
Hey - buy this baby and see what happens.
I think lawyers and maybe Attorney general of state should get involved
