I'm writing with respect to my parents, who, after almost paying down their house needed to remove another mortgage to pay for my dad's medical expenses. They've usually compensated their expenses promptly, and therefore have incredible credit. EMC is getting their mortgage repayments, implementing them towards the theory of the mortgage, and placing them in standard and getting late fees. Customer support is just a laugh, as my mom, who uses her times taking care of my dad, ill with Parkinson's illness with a feeding tube, needs to invest hours about the telephone to try and correct this problem. That is influencing their credit adversely. EMC WOn't place a boss about the point, or do I believe that there really are any administrators. None of the folks addressing the telephones have any thought just how to cope with the concerns my mom has. They're rude to her and inform her that she must visit a financial therapist to prevent forclosure!!! She gives promptly!!! Never missed a cost. It's their ignorance. If you want a mortgage, DON'T UTILIZE EMC!!! They're thieves and fools!!!
