I've had avery bad experience with these people. I tried to get intouch with these folks to find out about the dvd/cd they were supposed to send, and I couldnt get through, their call service sounded like a cell phone recording that was almost out the coverage area. A day later I was checking my bank account and saw that I had been charged for a month of service and what made matters worse I was charged twice for the initial Cd delivery fee. I called about this problem and finally got through and spoke to a customer rep. That seemed to be indifferent to my problem. Icouldn't even get into the web site because the username and password that they sent to me didn't even work. So I called again, I got through andtold them that I was very displeased the the service and wanted to cancal the account with them, the service rep. Said that she would take care of the cancelation and send a confirmation e-mail, and that was last week, I still havent seen or had any responce about that. And one other thing if you use their e-mail to get to the service department it takes about a week for them to respond that is why I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone. If I knew how to shut them down believe me I would.
