Hello-this really is my complaint. (I aploigize for that lengh, but please read!)
First, I'm also worrying about A.O.L. Also, because they supplied the hyperlink for this "recommendation ad". (if they're thinking about maintaining a great status -they should examine who / the things they are available you! & in my opinion, basically am recalling properly, the advertisement was under-their “NEWS" area! Not really a POP UP ad! —AOL was seemly condoning this website like a wonder for lines! Some tips about what happened in my experience:
I had been searching on line in regards to a week from today [3/12], & my website is AOL & when I often do each morning I consume my caffeine each morning and study their "information" area-it is often visit AOL & observe yourself anything I actually do. They often have 5-6 issues up t/brief posts in regards to a number of topics from Mom-timber towards the Leader. Often incredible, I’ll admit…
Therefore while searching their "headlines” I noticed there they had a recommendation with a lady who stated that she discovered this "remedy" for lines through utilizing 2 items... And so I bite, and visit the website. They provided A - 14 day offer of the “pill ” & all YOU {I never went there at-all!!!)-So, This Phony CO. Should have obtained OUR Acct. ILLEGALLY!!! Not Just That, I'd HAVEN'T DECIDED TO SPEND 80$[YOU GAVE THE CORPORATION YOUR FINANCIAL TROUBLES CARD
#and once you do this they could ask you for whatever they like! ”
Why would my lender permit this??? Is this authorized??? Could anybody assist me, I actually donot understand the regulations-but I understand I had been scammed... I understand that is ILLEGITIMATE! IS IT OK legally for an INTERNET COMPANY TO CHARGE WHATEVER THEY LIKE&IF YOU PROVIDE THEM WITH THE DEBT CARD AMOUNT??? THAT WE UNDERSTAND USED TO DO NOT!
1)-I'm shutting my checking t / WACHOVIA simply because they handled me so poorly, I've previously requested them to get a fresh bank card -to ensure that I really could make sure no one else will consider my income. You need to all stop your inspections / debt card and have to get a new quantity as debt cards-donot have your checking acct. # in it&. But that you don't need these scammers getting anymore of one's $.
2) I'm burning/pasting this notice to my senator at myflorida.com and also to Their State Consumer Affairs DEPARTMENT. Of the federal government that offers w / scam.
3)-d/g this towards the BBB.
