Renae Simpson called me continuously to not charge my credit card back. First Assist Financial along with 2 other Loan Modification companies are involved in this SCAM. A salesperson named Amed calls you from other companies and then has this lady Renae at First Assist take your money! When you call First Assist, they have never herd of you and the other companies involved use different names each time. I have researched this company First Assist Financial and they are not registered as a real company with the state of CA for the LLC they claim, Renae Simpson is only an individual operating this scam. They are also not licensed with the California Department of Real Estate, California State BAR, City of La Costa/San Diego, BBB, or the IRS. The whole thing is a SHAM and they take your money promissing "foreclosure prevention" and "loan modifications." They do nothing and TAKE YOUR MONEY. Hopefully someone will close these theives down!
