Terry O'Rourke cheated our company out of thousands of dollars by not paying for marketing services. He purchased incoming phone calls for his tax service company and then refused to pay after much benefit. All the calls were recorded and confirmed daily. After a few weeks he began to claim he never got the calls and then after we sent him the recordings he changed his tune. Then the issue was that he only wanted to pay for half of them because most of them were under the agreed minimal time standard of 60 seconds. Even after going through all the calls together and agreeing to forgive the ones under 60 seconds, terry rebuffed and claimed that ones over 60 seconds were actually under because the timer should have started 30 seconds before. His claim was that the timer must have started before he answered the call. Even after forgiving those he had a tab of around 3,000 dollars. When we asked for that amount he stopped answering his phone and refused to answer emails. We have been chasing him ever since.
Now he is claiming that he needs to go over recordings again even after he agreed to pay his bill and after it was discounted over half. We cannot reach him. And he refuses to honor his commitment. Marketing companies should be wary of his tactics and aware of possible fraud.
