After reading the complaints on here at usacomplaints.com My husband and I decided that we should put it on here also because so many of you are in the same boat that we are.
Back in October I recieved a phone call at night I was surprised that i was approved for the Mastercard with a limit of $2500.00 nothing was said that it was for a catalog he said that it was good at all stores. So reluctantly I paid the 221.95 which i thought was alot for a processing fee so i went ahead with it the funds were taken out 2 weeks later as of today I have not recieved anything except a fax to sign for the credit card which i wrote on it I DON'T WANT THIS PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY Today and faxed it back to them
The customer service representatives are rude and obnoxious when you call and ask where your refund is they say oh it has been mailed well that was last week as of today i haven't recieved squat from this company from hell. I have complained twice to the Georgia BBB, i have contacted my bank, I contacted the consumer protection agency here in pa, I am also pursuing a class action lawsuit against this fraudlent company
