I filed a report on this company yesterday, and I am here today to eat humble pie. My DVD arrived yesterday in the mail, so my complaint on not receiving it is bogus. The next issue I complained about was the removal from my account after the original 3.95 for shipping, an additional 74.95, a month later. The second slice of pie, right at the bottom of the sign up page it clearly states, 7 days free trial membership, dating from original order of disk, if not canceled will be deducted at 74.95 a month from than on.
Obviously until you receive the disk you are not going know how to even take advantage of the membership, so that is a somewhat mute point.
I have complained to my bank, but I do not expect that to go anywhere. I have stopped my membership, but that is not going to correct the $75 lesson I already have learned. Will I ever make the same kind of stupid mistake again? Probably
The old saying about getting something for nothing, is so true.
