I attempted to contact and stop account for car-vessel after getting one test container, the client support consultant Michelle stated that I'd to get the very first cargo that we didn't approve which allegedly I'd previously obtained 2 containers. I just obtained 1 container that was prepared on 2/5/09, she then proceeded to transfer my call to someone else which disconnected my call to become put-back on-hold for another half an hour. I actually donot need further costs for an item that did not do something for me personally.
