I am constantly harassed about a debt I supposedly owe but have no knowledge of this debt. They are now threatening to garnisher my salary and I don't know how to get them to stop. I have been seeking information from them about the name of the company and a copy of my signature because I suspect fraud. But they refuse to send me any information. I can't afford a lawyer to help me. I am a single mother raising two teen-age boys and it is very difficult in these economic times. I keep appealing to the court to not take any action but I never hear anything from the court. Are these garnishees legitimate. Please help me.
