Ripoff consumer fraud

I have recived a letter in the mail that I was pre-approved for a platnium credit card. All I had to do is send $45.00.

So I sent the money and was waiting for my credit card. Well I recived a catalog and merchandise order forms. I don't even need this stuff and can get it cheaper at a store.

So they say if you go online to www.cfpcard.com you get 10% off your first purchase so I went to the web site and on the top of the screen was a letter from somebody else who thought they to was getting a credit card from the same company.

I can't belive this I want my money back and this company should be fined. I wonder how they even got my address?
