In 2004 I got a loan through Paragon they took sevral payments out in which i belive the loan was paid in full. Today I get a phone call stating Julie Rice was issuing a warrent for my arrest due to stolen funds n bad checks on closed account. I asked well if I still owe money can I set up a payment plan in a rather rude and hateful tone she stated that that isnt what she was offering, that they want the $565.00 by the close of the business day. I spoke to my attorny and they are not sure if this is legal.
We had to change banks to get away from this. If anyone has had any help in this matter please e-mail me due to the fact is this legal? Thank you for reading this and hope all have luck in dealing with this matter.
