Charges on my checking acct

I've no thought when the corporation got my checking acct. #. $14.95 continues to be taken from my acct. It began on 02/02 and again-this month. I've no idea how I registered for this and wouldn't deliberately ACTUALLY do any such thing. I'd like my $30 returned ASAP.
