This is not a company of any sort, it is an organization of identity thieves who place false loan ads in local news papers as well as major newspapers such as the journal news, the times, et cetera. They may also place ads over the radio or on Television. I was scammed out of 235.32 USD in order to secure a 16,000 USD loan for two months in advance. I made the first mistake sending the money through money gram to a lender in canada which was an individual, not an institution. Soon after I called to give them a confirmation number for the transaction along with my bank information and ever since then I have had a difficult time contacting them for my 'secured' loan of 16,000 dollars. I should have known better, for they said they were a virtual company and contact with clients is restricted. These 'loan companies' are ubiquitous and will always approve your loan despite your credit rating. That is how they accumulate victims. And not much can be done due to the contract being utterly meaningless. Not only do they steal your identity but scamper away with your money as well. Before doing any business with any financial institution other than a known branch with an actual location, DO YOUR HOMEWORK. You will save yourself unnecessary anguish in the end by collecting all information there is to know about the people you are dealing with including a physical address and listings in the yellow pages. Ultimately, it would be in your best interests to inqiure about signing any documents at a physical location and speaking with the third party lender. If this is not possible then terminate the phone call promptly. Also, another indication of a fraudulent entity is money transfer through Money Gram or Western Union. Ligitimate companies do not reqiure money transfer AT ALL, any fees determined are deducted from the loan granted to you. These are questions you should pose if you decide to apply for any financial service over the telephone from any ad or online service.
